Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is the 8 week ‘gold standard‘ mindfulness training worldwide since 1978. Dr John Patterson has taught this course 42 times over the last 12 years.
Our next 8 week course will be both in – person on Thursdays beginning April 3rd and on Zoom Tuesdays beginning April 1st. That first session is Orientation from 6:00 – 8:00 pm Eastern. Subsequent classes meet 6:00 – 8:30 pm Eastern.
The Saturday retreat class is 10:00am – 3:00pm for both groups (simultaneous on-line and in-person). We skip April 22nd and 24th. The last class is Tuesday June 3rd and Thursday June 5th.
