Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is the 8 week ‘gold standard‘ mindfulness training worldwide since 1978. Dr John Patterson has taught this course 46 times over the last 14 years. Our next MBSR course will be in-person on Thursdays beginning January 22nd and ending March 12th. The retreat class will be Saturday February 28th – times to be announced.
