Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is the 8 week ‘gold standard‘ mindfulness training worldwide since 1978. Dr John Patterson has taught this course 47 times over the last 15 years.
*** Our next 8 week MBSR course will be in-person on Thursdays at Mind Body Studio from September 10th to October 29th from 6:00-8:30pm. The Saturday retreat class is October 17th from 10am-4pm.
The Saturday retreat is always open (space permitting) to those who have previously taken the 8 week MBSR course from John.
*** 3 week November MBSR Pre-holiday Mini-course in person on Thursdays November 5th, 12th, 19th from 6:00-8:30pm
*** 3 week December MBSR Holiday Mini-course in person on Thursdays December 3rd, 10th, 17th from 6:00-8:30pm
