An Afternoon of Mindfulness, Meditation and Deep Rest

This class meets on a Saturday or Sunday for 3-4 hours

  • Learn non-drug approaches for managing stress-related chronic conditions
  • Cultivate your innate happiness, peacefulness and compassion
  • This experiential learning environment is based on a facilitated small group process
  • Such group support can be a personally transformative model for learning and healing
